Notes: from the notes: This was the first of Jeff Tweedy's legendary acoustic shows at Lounge Ax, and his first ever "solo" show. He was visibly nervous before and during the show, but I thought and still think that he pulled if off really well. I had mixed feelings about Wilco at the time based on the shows I'd seen in Chicago and St. Louis, so I was very happy that I enjoyed this show so much. Very nice setlist, with songs from every Uncle Tupelo album, most of the better songs that ended up on AM, and some choice covers, some of which were only played at this show. This was the first time that I really came to appreciate Jay Bennett, his guitar and harmonica work were stellar; 71 and 20 minutes
