Old & in the Way. This show is listed in the OAITW section as "San Souci, CA". A circulating .shn set lists the date as "197x", but I list it here under 01/01/73 both to facilitate listing the .shns and to correspond to the OAITW listing. It seems likely that the actual date is sometime later in 1973.
