Fade also removed at the end of d2t02, now seamless. A +1.5 dB gain was applied to the entire show using SF5. AE(EAC 0.9 beta 4)>soundforge 5>tracking (cdwav)>shn (shorten 3.4)>FTP via C.Ladner/candyman FTP.
