flac16; Recorded by Dave Cohen 5th row behind Board, DFC (Sec LT5 Row E Seat 5) 2 Nakamichi CM100s/CP4>Sony TCD5M w/Dolby Maxell MX90s cassettes. The Master Cassettes were played back with Azimuth adjustment and Dolby Decoded on a Nakamichi CD1 into a Korg MR1000 at DSF 1 bit 5.6MHz. Subsequent conversion to 24/96 AIFF done via Korg Audiogate software. Redbook CDR standard 16/44.1 files were created using Bias Peak, Izotope Ozone's MBIT+ (for all dithering), and Weiss Saracon SRC (all sample rate conversions). FLAC'd using Audiofile Engineering Sample Manager. Transferred by Dave Cohen November 2009.

Notes: new seed 1/2005; taped by Boyd McHugh: "We love the Roanoke tapes for many reasons. Both nights were recorded from the 1st row taper's section with very nice Nakamichi shotgun mics. The sound in the auditorium was clean because it was actually a very small venue. We used Maxell metal tapes, and, hey, we got lucky with good sound!! Enjoy!!!! Boyd..."
