Schoeps CMC6/mk4 > Apogee AD1000 > D100 (@44.1kHz, Right Center, 12' back). Transfer: emagic A62m USB 16/44.1 > MacOS X 10.3.3 Spark XL 2.82.274. Tracked and exported to .WAV using Peak 3.2.1 (OS X G4+). FLACd using FLAC 1.10 on Win XP, Which fixed SBEs.

| Notes: | Separate tickets were distributed for these 2 shows. Half the people got an early ticket, half got a late ticket. The Observation Lounge is on the 12th (top) deck all the way forward with full glass windows looking out on the open seas ahead. The Lounge was full of couches and tables to the sides as well as on the level up near the bar. The open space in front of the band was filled with folks sitting on the floor. The mic employed for fans to be able to ask questions was dead center in the sweet spot so recording mics were banished to the sides. As such I split the mics on a pair of poles and hence these are the only audience recordings of these show that are on center. That and the natural and true sound of the B&Ks give a real representation of how the room sounded. | |||||
