Notes: Grateful Dead Deer Creek Music Center Noblesville, IN 6.23.93 Source: FOB AMS ST-250(cardioid) -> Modified D-10 Pro by Pete Delgado Transfer: D8 -> Montego II -> CDWAV -> Shorten32 by Doug Nawrocki One of the best shows, if not the best, of that summer tour. The Jerry triple-decker sandwich of Terrapin, Dark Star and The Wheel, with a Drumz and Space in there, is sweet. The jam after the Terrapin is truly unique and if you're a real Dead freak this is a must have. As always if you have any comments, good or bad, please email me at [email protected]. Peace. Notes: Source: SBD Lineage: DAT> CD> SHN Known issues: Static in Stuck Inside of Mobile from 3:18-3:35 and 3:41-3:48 patched with FOB Soundfield source. Drums fades out on the copy of the CDs I received; I left it alone. Hearing the tunes from Eternity through Wave to the Wind makes me want to listen to Top 40 radio for the rest of my life. (What can you say when "Samson" is a welcome relief?) This is almost -- almost -- rectified by the Terrapin, one of the most monumental of the 1990s, with a stunning jam of about 10 minutes following the tune itself. This is another installment of the Music Never Stopped Project. Thanks to Raoul, Duke of Bean, for the disks. Seeded by Peter Braverman ([email protected]), just in time for the new year 2003.
