Comment
Looks like the band or whoever put the labels on the LP had another bit of fun with the song titles. There are six total tracks on side one as the label says and, in a way; they even make a little sense. Bow Wow Black? black dog?.. No spare change?.. No Quarter??
Side 2 is pretty much all Stairway rehearsals so you can see the connection in the titles on the label.

Unlike "III To Get Ready" all band members can be heard on this album. I could be wrong but it seems very clear that this is rehearsals and/or song writing sessions for the fourth album. You get to hear Black Dog and Stairway in their early stages and although No Quarter wasn't released on this album (as we all know) it seems they began kicking that idea around this time as well. This is another album that gives us the opportunity to hear the band working on tunes from the ground up. A nice mix of solo acoustic and full band electric rehearsal work. You can hear the guys talking a few things over about different songs and changes and can hear some of the early lyrics to Stairway. Some of the recording seems a little distant sounding in a couple areas and I can't imagine what was used to capture this but there is a little hiss in the background a bit at times but it's all awesome to hear and certainly isn't anything that would deter a person from listening. I did the best I could with the cover art I have. The pics are scans that I did. They might not be perfect but I wanted to put them in here. All in all I think it's all great and I think you all will too.
