Now, my friend told me that this show was " Chasing The Dragon",he did not tell me which version it was, and after doing some research on the tape, on Bootledz and Underground Uprising, I have discovered that the second disc comes from a different tape. " Moby Dick" is faded out on this version, but the Empress Valley version of " Chasing the Dragon" has removed the fade out, and left the drum work untouched. Whether or not my friend did the fade himself, I couldn't tell you, but it states in the sourcs that it isn not faded out in " chasing The Dragon". So I'm offering this tape as simply " Dallas, 1975: Complete tape", not to confuse anyone or call it something it's not. The setlist is exactly the same as " Chasing The Dragon", but this is NOT " Chasing The Dragon". On the subject of " Chasing The Dragon": Empress Valley was the first to release it, then Eelgrass came up with a version, then Tisdu came out with a version. It does state on the back of the cover art of Tisdu's version that the audio was taken from Empress Valley's version, so their version is a clone. It does not state the same on the back of Eelgrass' version, but according to Bootledz, Eelgrass has done the same thing that Tisdu did, but I don't want to jump to conclusions about what one label did, and what one didn't, but I'll trust a reliable source. Even though a complete tape would be great, you at least have ALL of the show, when previously only the first two discs of material were availiable to the trading communities. Great sounding soundboard, one of my favourites, and one of the better 1975 shows, Plant's voice is fine, and the band play incerdibly well. The crowd apparently weren't that responsive to them, Plant ask's them to " wake up" before they go into playing " No Quarter". It's a really lively soundboard, it's not dry, or Flat, a really powerful performance, equalled to L.A, or Earl's Court.
