Notes: | Gatto fob - Sound quality very good. Sugaree would have been better had Weir's somewhat grating and repetitive slide been absent. Jerry is present and enthusiastic for set 1, and the playing throughout is strong. The Straw > Deal set closer left everyone pumped for set 2. The Miracle had an extended Garcia solo, He's Gone would have been better with less Bobby's slide, Truckin' was more or less straightforward with the jam featuring some He's one riffs. TOO was the best of the set with good tension, Garcia sustaining and pacing well. I enjoyed one listen to this show, one of the better shows of the 79 Keith/Donna era. | |||||
