Notes: | akg 481 - some flaws d1t2 6:48-6:49 3 brief drop outs. d2t1 9:51 brief drop out. d3t5 3:54 brief drop out. Good sound, some minor crowd noise. First set featured tunes I'm not fond of and these versions didn't change my opinion. Not a very exciting show. Given the flaws and average sound of this source, I'd try to locate a better one if you want this show. [1/29/04]

Notes: | Recorded by Neil Sturtevant: Sennheiser ME80's w/ K3U shotgun capsules > HHB Portadat (48kHz) Front of OTS Mastered & Tracked by Mike (Bodenzord) Boden I attended this show. At the time I thought the music didn't flow well, pacings between songs not as smooth as I expected to hear. But this recording (besides being one of the best auds I've heard) forced me to change my opinion of the show. Set 2 is the psychdelic side of Phil's jamming (vs. rock n' roll) and it makes for a good listen. This is the kind of show that the more you listen to it, the more you enjoy it, even though it may not grab you the first time.
