Notes: Bertrando aud, not speed corrected. This is a very good aud tape, but the hype over sold the performance to my ears. Loser has some sour notes, Mr. Charlie funky and good, H2H is good but not the pinnacle of the tune that one would expect. "WRS Prelude' tease after "Me & My Uncle" - The stellar Hard to Handle from the circulating AUD can be heard on the commercial release Fallout from the Phil Zone. The closing TOYLL was the highlight of the show for me.

Notes: remaster by Sir Mick - the bass seems to high for me, and I wonder about the pitch correction - check out Mr. Charlie for example, seems WAY TOO SLOW. Can't say that I'd say get this version over the original. If the whole tape was pitch corrected but not each track individually then this may explain improvements on some songs but not others.

Notes: speed corrected via SirMick "I've been aware for some time that when I originally did the pitch correction, I didn't get it right on the first 4 tracks. They have now been corrected" [2007-03-14]Very nice job by SirMick on this stellar aud tape. Also, this show has a WRS Prelude tease after MAMU (sandwiched inside TOO) (which I've also noticed on the 12/1/71 show which also has a TOO>MAMU>TOO.) SHow famous because th H2H was included on the PhilZone release. Above average 71 show. Sort of odd hearing the standalone St Stephen to start set 2. The closing Dew and Lovelight are ok but not stupendous. Very nice FOB sound (note that the tapers that Bobby are referencing are closer to the stage and is not Kaslov who made this tape).

Notes: Recording Info:(FOB) Sony ECM-22P -> Master Reel -> Reel -> Dat -> Cool Edit Pro -> SHN -- Remaster of shnid=129 by Charlie Miller, pitch correction by Joe B Jones -- Recorded By Harvey Kaslow and Craig Todd -- WRS Prelude tease after Me And My Uncle [2007-12-18]This is the latest remaster of the well known aud whose H2H was on Fallout from the Phil Zone CD. A must listen for fans of 71, excellent sound. I did not do a detailed comparison of this to SirMick's latest remaster.

Notes: flac16; Matrix by Hunter Seamons using Final Cut Pro (FLAC>AIFF>Final Cut>WAV>FLAC) January 3, 2009 [2009-10-15]This show is over-hyped but still very good - I like TOO esp. when Jerry is doing his "ethereal" guitar noodling - the Dew is good and teh ensuing Lovelight has that 71 Pigpen energy - very good job on the matrix here as well
