flac16; Remaster of SHNID 6023 (Recording Info: Sbd > MR > C > CDR) Transfer Info: CDR > Soundforge 8 for many adjustments > Flac Transfer notes: Soundcheck recording changes: Volume increase, EQ and balance adjustments. Main show recording changes: Pitch of entire show was slowed to match A=440. It's close but not perfect, as pitch varied throughout. Volume was increased to modern standards Tape hiss, while still present, was reduced, without compromising overall fidelity.

Notes: sbd - includes soundcheck (but missing last 2 songs (Sugar Mag & Casey encore). The sound check is a "must listen" simply because they are laid back and having fun, so the polish that existed at this time lets you hear them in an unplanned state. The Compendium review states that "30 Days" would have been a nice folow on to Cumberland and they are right. Easy to hear Keith on this mix. Some distortion on the vocals, but basically a solid sbd. This show reminds me of 4/2/73 - comes across as one long "set 1", most segues are only a song or 2 long. PITB and LIG have the most extensive jams. Also sounds a bit fast (esp Bob's singing in PITB). By this time, all of the songs are played nearly falwlessly. PITB has a jazzy, up tempo feel. There is some feedback near then end but its basically 19 minutes of engaging improv sans the Donna screams. I rate this show as an overall B+, with PITB and soundcheck as A-. Its smooth and lengthy just not one to stay in your cd player on repeat mode.
