| Notes: | sbd - some minor static, but a good mix and sound otherwise. Set 1 is typical of late 79, with the somewhat unusual Passenger > Deal closer (2 high energy tunes to close the set). The China > Rider is "mellow". The Estimated > Franklin's is a change from the more commonly played Estimated >Eyes. There is a nice jam at the end of Franklin's which is centered loosely on the Franklin's theme. If you like improvisation you should probably try to listen to this at some time. Drums to the end is standard to my ears. If there was not the Franklin's jam this night I would rate this as a solid, but not special show. | |||||

I thought more of this date on hearing the aud than my notes indicate for the sbd. In the Franklin's jam did I hear some more of those "Staying Alive" teases? Fun show and the aud quality says you should give this one a spin. | |||||
