Overall nice aud.

Robert Goetz elevates this show to one of his favorites, though to me it is fungible with many shows from 1980 excluding the lethargic Warfield and RCMH runs. The aud is good but the sbd suffers from vocal distortion but morphs into an enjoyable listen. This LMA reviewer says "THE ENTIRE 2ND SET SMOKES! I've listened to Set II of this recording many thousands of times from beginning to end over the past 20 years. Unfortunately the recording levels were over driven for the first 2 or 3 tracks, but then the sound gradually clears. Consistently accurate, magical, inspired, and most of all, INTENSE!"
