Notes: sbd miller - mix is very good. Set 1 came across as standard and not as good as suggested by the TC review. Bob's slide playing degrades Sugaree. The He's Gone > Gloria jam is good and atypical so check that out. Remainder of show is again standard.

Notes: sbd/aud matrix - [2006-02-25] I wil only review the sound quality of this matrix, which is excellent! Really makes you feel you were there! Very good show. I listened to this on a rainy Sunday and it was a great way to spend a few hours.

Notes: Recording by Joel Barnehama: Master Audience Cassette; 2 Sennheiser 421s> Nakamichi 550 Transfer and encoding by David Minches [2007-02-12] Some volume adjustments but a nice tape without any nearby distracting crowd. Some high energy songs include TMNSP, and a C>R to open set 2. The He's Gone > Gloria Jam > CC Rider > Drums > NFA is played in the 79 style and features Brent stepping up to improvise with Jerry. I liked this show more when listening to the auds for the hall ambiance.

These eraly Brent shows have some good organ improv which unfortunately went away by the time 1980 rolls around.
