Notes: Recording Info (Source 1): SBD -> Master Cassette -> ? -> Cass -> Fostex D5 (pass-through only) -> ZA2 -> Samplitude v7.02 Professional -> SHN Supplies d1t01 through d2t03 (Provided By Joe Samaritano) Recording Info (Source 2): (FOB) Nakamichi 700 -> Master Cassette (Sony D5) -> Dat -> CD Supplies patch at end of d1t06 and also provieds d2t04 through of the show. (Taped By Jim Wise) Editing Info: I took both sources and loaded them back into Samplitude v7.02 Professional where I fixed the patch, removed a bunch of cuts and matched the levels between the two sources as well as possible. I then made the complete show into one long file, where I then did the tracking. All disc changes are now seamless. There was a 10db difference between the SBD and AUD Patch on the old copy which had to be fixed. I also did the patching with crossfades to make the transitions smoother. There is also severe clipping on the AUD source, but this is the best sounding AUD I have heard, so far. The pitch on the SBD sounds a little off, but enough for me to do anything about it.
